This hostel surprised me with its beautiful neighborhood and great amenities! Staff members, like Joaquin at the welcome desk, were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the clean bathrooms added to the comfort. A wonderful choice for budget travelers!

It was located in one of the nicer areas of Chicago. It was very friendly and safe. It was well lit and secure with keys all throughout. The staff was very helpful and nice

The restrooms were not properly cleaned. If you are using a community bathroom they should be professionally throughly cleaned daily and unfortunately they were not... The breakfast could have been greatly improved with something as simple as boiled eggs... Which would be very cheap and easy to provide.
